move around champion spells in game

So I know myself and a lot of other players complain/talk about being able to change keybindings and being about to make a profile for each champion. But why not just make it so you're able to move the keybindings around like you can with Diablo 3 and WoW ablities. For example, I'm used to my snares being on E (because I main Zyra). So if I wanted to play Alistar I would want to move my W to E, and instead of having to go into keybindings and fuck around with that. Just simply swap the spells around
