My Feelings about 8.15, recent patches, irelia and riot recently Not toxic :)

I never comment on anything, but until now. Been super frustrated with the game recently. I use to find pleasure playing a lot of champions but until irelia rework. i only liked her. YES ONLY HER. but then she got nerfed okay, i'm fine with that. however after she was nerfed over and over and over again& i remember the sterak nerfs, conq and then her personal nerfs. i'm done "adjusting" this is more unbearable I can't be as good as everyone else if i constantly have to be re learning my own 'mastered' champion. SO AT THIS POINT i'm done with league until i see a reason to comeback.

futhermore i use to play other things too (was a adc main) but i "ADJUSTED" and played other stuff however riot's 'change' has become very annoying my case why cant i play what i enjoy without fear of them "touching it". i'm done i loved the game when i am able to play the way i want. until that happens again goodbye. Hello, Overwatch and Fortnite then.

I can tell a lot of others feel the same way too this is sad. Also Riot didn't even consider Doublelifts video. --> about how people feel robbed of their efforts when you constantly nerf champions and change them for the "better in your eyes" in my case this champion is irelia. but also all the adcs that i played in the past. So in conclusion it feels like riot's indirectly screwed me multiple times. so i will just make the decision to leave for another game.

usually it Feels worse to lose something rather then have another thing added to a champion for "compensation" (FROM Doublelifts video)and i agree, i like the current 8.14 irelia even though she's seen a million nerfs already, i'm having tons fun but anything more is really just a joke in my eyes. MAKES ME VERY SAD.

I know no one will see this but i didnt care about the state of the game or toxic player base. I didn't care about any of that, i still loved and had fun playing my one champion. but they slowly kept nerfing her over and over again so the one thing i find fun constantly gets smaller. and i felt like i've been driven away from the game.

Yeah it does feel bad to work hard at something, get good, and then have it totally changed. I think it is worse for the casual player because we don't even have time to absorb all the info in the patch notes before another patch comes out. And we definitely don't have time to relearn bot lane. I stopped playing adc with the changes, i felt like I didn't know what I was doing so I only play mid and top now.

Honestly my roll and champs get f***ed every season but thats what makes league a interesting game if they never changed anything old and only added new things the game would be so full of extra annoying shit and then all the old things you enjoyed will become irrelevant with no chance of becoming viable again bc they don't change things thinking that riot doesn't care the people who play a specific champ or like a specific play style on them is fair to say because they don't but they do these changes because it is positive for large amount of players like the ADC changes most the league community was calling for crit nerfs but cried when they came out the problem is players don't view patches in the same way riot does bc players look at patches for them self were as riot looks at them for everyone else in the game as well

I agree but riot nerfed irelia MULTIPLE times despite her having a bad wr (globally, and more specifically NA) also they nerf conq, steraks and didnt bring the new brusier items. i seriously dont mean to agrue but THIS DOESNT SEEM IN THE BEST INTEREST OF MY FELLOW IRELIA PLAYERS LIKE MYSELF i really dont feel like im alone here for some reason.

And actually i feel like riot's going to do one of those "We took too much power away from her" quotes soon however people like me are already fed up and some already quit. so they really go about it wrong in my opinion dont hard nerf something to get people angry, then try to bring them back it should never get to that point its unhealthly for the game. Just my opinion..

I dont think a WR of 49% is a bad winrate globally thats actually about as healthy as a champ can get almost and the reason riot would rather over nerf but buff champs back slowly is bc statistically a game is more fun if you over nerf thing then fix them rather then over buff them then nerf them riot is legit taking one of the best approaches to irelia as they can this nerf rlly only change her WR by less then 2% its barely nothing the conq nerf did nothing to any champions WR play rate or pick rate the steraks tri force combo nerf was mostly for jax camille and irelia they were all a problem and instead of nerfing them one by one they bundle packed them in a way where they were still strong but not dominating even bad match ups i think your one trick perspective gives you a view point which is severly inccorect i play irelia granted not alot but i play her enough to understand her and her main match ups i also fight irelia alot and had no problems fighting her it was genuinly usually a skill match up id suggest branching out to a new champion and then look back on irelia and re think how you feel about riots choices

i just played a ton of matches recently she's awful, it feels like my q does negative dmg espiecally without passive and the "dps" is a joke imo just get bursted instantly and die before you do anything. so dissappointed, idrc about perspective a stuff rn, the champ i loved is no longer rewarding doing what she does best. whatever the reason she isn't as compelling to me anymore :(

I don't think this is a nerf to Ireila more than it is shifting her damage so she becomes more of a fighter/bruiser and less of a bust assassin. She is actually getting more damage in her passive. It will make her more viable in the top lane and the E changes make her a bit better in the jungle as well.
