Janna's been in a bad spot ever since her nerfs... Perhaps it is time to compensate her?

It's sad to see not on a 55% win rate, so perhaps it's time to compensate her so she can return to be #1 support again.

It's time for to be buffed to where she invalidates any AD assassin that dares to try to kill her ADC - supports are meant to protect their carry and should be allowed to invalidate any champion trying to kill their carry if the support is near.

Shield strength increased from 70/105/140/175/210 to 80/115/140/175/210

Patch 8.12 reverted; the shield no longer decays and is back to being static.
