Idea for singed's ultimate to make it more fit into his "Mad chemist" theme and Gameplay.
Tl:Dr- please read at least to the end of part 1.
's ultimate was always a core identity to singed, But in my perspective singed lacks some of the mad chemist aspect in his kit,
lets also consider that his ult doesn't really require much decision making and strategy around it (engaging a fight? click R...).
So, I just wanted to suggest a "little rework" for singed ultimate that won't change the core aspect of the ult but will add much more depth, strategy, gameplay and matching to singed's identity as a mad chemist!

Once clicking on the ultimate button, 4 new abilities will appear instead of the regular ones.
the 4 new abilities consists 4 different potions that each one of them have different effects on singed's stats and will enchant one of his abilities.(it's a bit like
evolve system and
ability upgrade)
choosing a certain potion will immediately activate the ultimate ability( for example clicking on R-W will activate the specific potion without delay).
Every time singed's ult is up again you may choose the same or different potion depending on your decision and situation.
note, that the bonus stats gained with each potion have the same values as the default ult except for the changes mentioned about the potions new effects.
the potions will have different visual appearance to give more information to enemies and add more clarity to the user.

The Blue Potion- Potion of Durability
Stats improvement : Reduces damage taken from all sources by 10%/15%/20% Stats drawback :Doesn't grant any bonus movement speed and halves all the bonus regeneration effects from the ability. Ability enchantment- Q : Increases Poison trail Size and hit-box size and adds 1 more second for the poison to last(from 3.25 to 4.25). Ability visual appearance: increases singed's size and adds a blue glowing light effect on his giant bottle on his back.
The Yellow Potion - Potion of Agility/Utility
Stats improvements : Adds 10%/20%/30% reduction to slowing effects , Adds 10%/15%/20% cooldown reduction , adds 20/30/40 Additional flat movement speed, Stats drawback : Removes the Bonus ability power gained from ult. Ability enchantment- W : Increases the pool radius by 150 ( from 175 to 325) and grants 20%/30%/40% bonus movement speed to allies within the pool radius. Ability visual appearance: adds a Yellow glowing light on singed's legs and a trail effect that fades away.
The Red potion -Potion of Strength
Stats improvements: Adds additional 10%/15%/20% more bonus AP , And Increases healing and regeneration effects by 5%/10%/15%. Stats drawback : Reduces the bonus armor and magic resistance gained from ult by 50%. Ability enchantment- E : Increases fling range by 50 ( from 125 to 175), fling now deals true damage instead of magic (could be changed to apply the true damage only on the base damage and not on the % health damage). Ability visual appearance: increases the size of singed's shield to match the new range, and adds a Red glowing color on his shield and arm.
**The Green potion - Potion of Insanity **
The same regular ult with no changes whatsoever Ability visual appearance :Adds a glowing Green color on singed's body

Explanation and description:
The Blue Potion: gives singed more durability at a cost of his mobility and regeneration making him slower and easier to kite but a beefier Juggernaut . The blue potion can be a very effective tool for zoning enemies in fights with better way of spreading poison and standing as a front line for the team.
The Yellow potion: Turning singed into a more of a utility tank rather than an Ap bruiser, Provides better engaging tools and utility at a cost of damage, can also used for peeling and saving allies. The increase on the pool radius gives a lot more easier way to land the fling on the pool for the root effect thus giving singed even better utility in teamfights and overall better engages. Cooldown reduction can be a very valuable stat to provide more usage of his pool and root
The Red potion: provides more damage and regeneration at a cost of tankyness. can be used for splitpushing and dueling , add's a lot more surprising burst. The red potion has more potential in turning fights around even if not used at nearly full health, due to the increase of regeneration and the fling range and damage.
The Green potion: Keeping the same traditional ultimate as a valid option is important. it can be used when you dont want a drawback in your stats, and it doesn't reduce the diversity of strategies around singed.

"To shake or not to shake"
Being a mad chemist requires a lot of creativity, mixing different matters to obtain the potion you need in every situation. so now not only singed get to be the mad chemist but you also get to be one!.

Masteries/runes: New ways to build singed with masteries and runes . putting more points in the offense to gain more power with red potion or mixing defense with utility for yellow potion Same goes with runes,
Build paths/items: Singed was always a heavy reliant item champion, usually there is always the best build suited for him, but with the potion options you can have way more diversity in build paths and items, going full tank with utility build? spellvamp and damage with red potion? focusing on the poison trail effect with tankyness for blue potion?.
Different Skill order?: Maxing W second can improve the usage of singed's pool when he uses the yellow potion. And maybe you could be able to max E first using the red potion for more surprising burst?
New Synergy with team compositions: If your team lacks any front line and needs someone to Soak damage for them use blue potion. champions with movement speed boosts can cover the lack of movement speed with blue potion. if your team lacks burst damage or damage in general and has enough front line bruisers/tanks go red potion. Champions with heals can negate a lot of damage taken form a red potion singed and help him survive and deal damage. Your team needs engage and utility in teamfights? go yellow potion. Can also synergy's well with champions that lack mobility.
Maybe different roles? Jungle singed and support singed might be a viable choice using the yellow potion for ganks and supporting.
