Twitch has been allowed to be an absolute no-fun nuisance for coming on nearly three seasons now with no significant changes to his insane power. His ult gives him free AD which is only buffed by his 100% crit build his invisibility makes him way too forgiving to play and the fact that the fucker gets resets on kills is ridiculous.

Three ways to fix the fucker;

1. No more AD on his ult. The range and piercing is already a HUGE fucking power spike.
2. Shiv is made Melee only. It's ridiculous that one fucking auto from his from stealth does 1200 physical and 350 magic.
3. Make his Q not reset on takedown, make it cost way more mana, make the stealth circle way bigger so you can see him earlier so he can't open up at ult range and auto 3 people to death in .2 seconds.

If you ask me, do all fucking three. Gut some power from Draven and Trist as well. Shiv has been overtuned forever.
