A Silver Fixes....
So, balance. No matter how off it is, we still have to live with it, though the bi-weekly updates make it a little more tolerable. That said, I see a lot of things that that I look at as could or should be changed. So, in no particular order, here is a somewhat incomplete list of balance changes I would recommend, were I on the balance team. Feedback welcome.
Yasuo: --Passive Removed: bonus crit chance on passive Added:(critical defense) crit chance now grants bonus strength to passive shield --Wind Wall: Changed: (not so windy) now reduces damage of projectiles passing through it by 40% at all ranks --Sweeping Blade: Changed: (earn your sprints) now works off a stock system to a max of 3. Killing a minion grants a stock, killing a champ grants 3.
Zed: --Razor Shuriken Changed: (disposable razors) power now drops by 20% for each target it passes through to a minimum of 20% --Death Mark Changed: (think twice) second cast now only becomes available after enough damage has been dealt to kill the target. Added: (scraps of shadow) Zed gains half bonus if he gets an assist with his ult.
Vayne: --Tumble Removed: critical strike damage Added: (perfect shot) if the shot would crit, target takes two stacks of Silver Bolts. --Silver Bolts Added: (acquired immunity) after detonating a stack, target cannot receive more stacks for three seconds
Lee Sin: --Sonic Wave/Resonating Strike Removed: No longer has execute damage. Added: (resonating echoes) Lee gains bonus sight radius after reactivating. --Dragon's Rage Changed: (skipped leg day) scaling reduced to 50% Removed: target is no longer rooted during wind up. Added: (plant your feet) Lee Sin is immobile during wind up. Fixed: (physics does not work like that) flashing during ult can no longer change the launch direction.
Talon: --Assassin's Path Changed: (catch a breather) now functions on a stock system, up to 4. Added: (second wind) stocks are refilled on a kill.
Rengar: --Passive Changed: (we messed up) now gains 30 flat AD per unique kill instead of scaling Added: (selfish kitty) stacks are only gained on kill, not assist.
Fizz: --Playful/Trickster Changed: (not everybody is playful) cooldown increased across all ranks to 16 sec
Aatrox: --Passive Added: (bloody good fun) now gains up to 40% bonus ad based on Blood Well fullness Added: Blood Well cooldown reduced by 25% for each kill and assist
Heimerdinger: --H-28G Evolution Turret Changed: (what's a basic attack anyway?)) turret lasers proc Rylais slow, basic shots can only proc Frozen Mallet.
