Shaco's Dolls do NOT proc Spelltheif's

I was playing Support Shaco (Don't ask why. It works 50% of the time), and it didn't proc.

I dunno if this was intended.

*Edit: I tried it in a custom game, to no avail. The dolls do not proc it.
