If you are going the conventional lich bane build... It seems more like a hit and run type of laning. Why storm raiders over le heals and thunderlord burst?

thats how you should be playing sona hit and run throwing an extra auto for thunderlords is really akward where as if you run storm raiders what you do is w for shield e to get in range then press q and auto once do a good chunk of health and run away with little retaliation do this a couple times either force the enemy mid out of lane or kill them with a ult q combo.

If you proc Luden's with Q then AA it procs TLD.

Mixing in a rapid fire cannon will help with your wave clear and keeps you at a good distance when you burst

Mixing a Rapid Fire Cannon reduces your instant burst, which defeats the purpose of playing AP Sona mid. It's also pretty rare that you have 2.5K gold to waste on 0 stats.

I'd say Luden's is the best item to help with your waveclear, more realistically though the best thing you can do to help with your waveclear is to play a real mage mid and shelve Sona for the clearly superior champions both mid and support until Riot gets their arses round to fixing her.
