Gangplank Lag, Riot needs to stop wrecking it's own game

I have mentioned it prior, though ever since new patch (9.5) and the AA-bug fix there is delay to gangplank's game play, I really only play gangplank so I don't know if other champions are effected. Extremely frustrating and I don't think enough people play gangplank so this probably won't be addressed. But I am not about to spend thousands on new rig just to 'test' if I am right. Already running on i7 3.0 GHz, NVIDIA 960m with external upgraded WiFi adapter and SSD memory.

In game stats; FPS: 120 ping: 30ms

Nothing wrong with connection either. Both specs are constant almost, vary by at most +- 5.

Done with this game, maybe I'll check back in a few years when riot can at least stop bugging the game for 'NEW SKINS'.
