i believe this champion got no life personally only roam but her 1vs1 is weak and she got no late game or teamfight i mean if you dont win the early game you will lose late game for sure and personally even if you roam you cant win every game i mean sometimes enemys got dangerou picks or they dont push and stay def in tower also her q sucks dosnt miss hits and a lot of top lane can kill you easy if they know how to play also her kit is auful i mean after 4 proc passive i cant kit nothing more and my q cant protect me from burst damages because your cd skills are destroyed your dmg is 0 and i think is braindead and got no reason to be like that and got no life too this champion is just a roamer and nothing else i mean who likes to only roam like your winning every game but you dont and her ulti is so boring to play i dont know how she got so much good win ratio anyway how it is i think the nerf for some people or buff for people like me is to bring back old quinn thats how we fix the problem and we will be all happy in my opinion just make a champion with good skills and brain needed to win not only just roaming and being uselles late game and 1vs1 champion because the most champions right now can kill you with lower items but the reason you win is that you got feed from roam but please guys realize that this champion is unfair right now and she deserve the revert Quinn her is a montage with old quinn to enjoy and see the old quinn is the best moments https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4RUbsUfa6E

Doesn't Quinn have the one of the highest winrates currently? Also she is viable in three different positions.

I must be missing something cause I only jungle Quinn. I was thinking Top, Jungle, and ADC. Can she Mid also?

You literally just said the entire point point of Quinn. She is a champion that is meant to roam around the map and snowball a lead or help establish one. She is a feast or famine champion like most assassins, and requires a good laning phase like an assassin champion. However, she is a bit different in the sense that she isn't completely reliant of her laning phase to be relevant, and this is because of her ult. This one ability allows her, if used correctly, to start the snowball at the beginning of the mid game. This is one of the reasons Quinn is so strong right now, the other being that tanks have fallen from grace and are no longer regularly played making it even easier for her to snowball a mid game. She isn't useless late game but people playing her like an adc will see the determent of playing her because of her incredibly low range when compared to other adc's that build crit. Quinn is an early game bully that helps her team in the mid game push for a victory. If you dont finish by late, then Quinn should fall off just like other champs such as Pantheon.

The reason Quinn has such a high wr is because she was mostly played by mains. Her wr is completely inflated by this and the fact that last patch Quinn was op as hell in the bot lane because she is a strong pick against most of the meta laners. Quinn has always been strong (except after the lethality nerf last year) and this is reflected in her wr always being around a 55-56% wr in the 3 major roles she was played in. However, with the recent increase in her popularity, people are playing her completely inefficiently and her wr has dropped nearly 2% over the last patch alone and is still dropping a little more due to the nerfs she received this patch. You can see by the wr chart what I'm saying.

Also, if you don't like Quinn, then don't play her. Your comment on how she is boring is completely subjective and shouldn't be used as an argument as to why she should be reverted. Saying that Quinn is unfair is also rather subjective. Talon has the ability to roam the map at an earlier time then Quinn, and no one is calling for him to be reworked even though he is also around the same strength right now. The old quinn had a TON of problems that needed a fix and the rework fixed a lot of them and made her a more viable pick. Quinn isn't as strong as other lane bullies but can play around it with her range, which is what makes her so frustrating to play against.
