I'm not going to be like those people you see that automatically call OMG OP NERF NOW RIOT WTF, but I do believe rek'sai is rather unbalanced. Now I can't speak for higher elos, as I am bronze, but in mid elo games (I play with gold friends) against silvers-golds, I find that I am able to steamroll with rek'sai. I am currently on a 11 rek'sai winning streak at the time of writing this, with myself either dominating or at very least going even in k/d in every single game. In every game i played I noticed some distinct points that gave rek'sai huge advantages.

Her tremor sense makes her near ungankable in lane and extremely hard to counter-jungle.
She has a one second knockup that synergizes very well with her extra move speed/mobility in her burrowed form.
She has item synergies with hydra and trinity force that allow her to destroy carries even if she is behind.
She snowballs just as much as the likes of akali and katarina, if not more, as she has her own cc.
Her powerspikes (Hitting level 3/4, Warrior enchancement, tiamat, sheen/trinity force) all boost her power by a very large amount.

This all makes me think that rek'sai may be slightly unbalanced. While she can fall behind and become less usefull, her kit makes it so that she rarely ever falls behind. To me she is an example of a high reward for little risk champion. I could be completely wrong, feel free to discuss.

every game I'm in with Rek'sai it seems like she dominates the map........

TBH i think Riot responded to all the lee sin criticism by making a champion with arguably more mobility, that can compete with him. to me she's a definitely ban.

I believe they are addressing her Q damage on PBE with some ratio nerfs.

I think her main problem is just being a little over tuned. Her playstyle is fun, but I agree she steamrolls with Trinity.

I think as more people learn to trade with her better there will be less complaints about the burst.

Your match history says it all. Hydra AND Infinity edge? Im sorry but that disgusting if a champion can do that well each and every game. Her tremor keeps her so safe not to mention her tunnels are used extremely defensively, offensively and versatile for ults. Her quick dps doesnt need items either, she goes in with her unburrow then q's until she has her E to explode you. Then she steam roles with her stacks of gold and overpowering dominance.

i thought her tunnels make her ungankable unless the ganker waste time clear tunnels... which at that point i would run away the normal way

The only unbalanced thin bout reksai is the amount of mab-mobillity, allowing her to constantly put presure on top if played in lane(tunles sytem from base to top, her ult, evt some tunle throu her jungle towards bot so she can react fast to an dragondance while farming) Prettymuch same as jungler, can easily switch from top to bot and the other way around to react to the enemy jungler, can sneak tunnles int the enemy half to backdoor later on.

Her actuall power in teamfights is pretty low, her one gapcloser is rather slow(for an gapcloser) and she can be cced duering it, while it also has a high cd. Any decent carry can get away from her befor the knockup, and after that shes incredible easy to kite. Also, her main nuke needs her to built up furry, which isn't exactly easy in a clash. She exels at pushing and dueling, which combined with her map-mobillity makes her a obnoxious splitpusher/backdoorer(bit like shaco)

I never thought of using an item 3031 on her but i just did that in a game and god that's ridiculous. That plus a item 3074 just gives her way too much power.
