I believe your elo is based off your dynamic mmr, probably as a test. Other people are getting higher ranks when they finish their 10 games.

and? doesn't mean anything. You are still playing a queue which is DynamicQ with a different name instead of waiting for Solo/Duo queue to return... it doesn't matter if you are duoing, Solo/Duo queue is not up yet so you are playing in flex queue which is just DynamicQ
