How to improve your MMR
I was silver 3, got demoted and am now silver 4 with 94 LP. I go on OP.GG to check my MMR and it says my MMR is bronze 1- silver 5. Can someone explain to me why this is/how to get it back to where it should be?

You're probably on a losing streak. And op.gg is not the most accurate MMR checker in the world.
