I have over 6300 IP and I don't know who to buy next. :( Help?

Hey everyone! This will be my very first post here on the LOL boards in my 4 years of playing LOL and I needed some help with something. I just recently hit over 6300 IP and I'm having a hard time deciding on who to buy next. Now, I'm generally a passive type of player and I main Lulu support and Ahri mid. I'm not the greatest at ADC and I suck even more at jungle. I can buy anyone that's 6300 IP or less. Maybe someone could help me with this silly little issue? Thanks in advance! :p

Janna, Soraka , Bard is amazing (IF U AREN'T A DOUCHE WHO ROAMS EVERY 2 SECONDS THE CHIMES CAN WAIT THEY LAST A LONG TIME), you can't get mad playing bard its actually impossible, and everybody follows you through the portal to get stunned against a wall like it isnt the oldest trick since chasing singed.

I own Soraka, but couldn't seem to quite use her properly for some reason. =/ I'm at a loss as who to buy. I'd like to buy Kindred to use as ADC, but I'm afraid I'd just be wasting my IP on that. I heard that Bard can be hard to use. Is that true?

He actually doesn't take much experience to master aside from the ult, go tank, people think is should be ap for some reason but he goes tanky like thresh. Ps: Tahm kench is detestable

He has a lot of decision making since 3/5 of his abilities can backfire. Roaming too much is bad. Ulting enemies can be bad. Using portal can be bad. Also, going full tank isn't the best. He can and should build one or two ap items.

He's kinda a hit or miss when it comes to his devour. =/ His w doesn't always work the way you want it. I've played him when he was free.

I play Tahm Kench when he was free, but others said I sucked with him as support. =/ And to be honest, his devour is like a hit or miss, in my opinion. I'd eat my ally and want to spit him away from the enemy, but then it just spits literally towards the enemy. It doesn't want to listen to me. I'd like to get him because he's tanky and such. PLUS he uses way TOO much mana. =/ Is there a way to use him more easily?

If your adc doesn't go super ham I don't think you should have mana problems since his devour costs the most mana

buy ryze. he's good if you are a passive/reactive player. plus he's cheap so you'll have plenty of ip left over

I think Anivia, because she's got an incredibly passive farm lane early. I would've said Diana until you said you like playing passive (which is weird, because Ahri's an assassin, but eh. Guess I can't complain - after all, I do play assassin Vi and fighter Diana)

Actually what I said, and I quote, "Now, I'm generally a passive type of player" Which means that most of the time I play passive, but I sometimes play Ahri to be aggressive, okay? I'm still trying to decide to buy. =/

Still think Anivia xD Diana requires all-inning whenever possible, to get the most off your ult resets.
