LP compensation for a teammate AFK/DC

being a new player and only have been playing ranked for a little while, i have noticed that in the past 3ish months, there have been an increase in AFKs and DCs. and because its almost impossible to win a 4v5 or 3v5, but that had nothing to do with me, i think i should be compensated for that person wasting me 15 lp and 20 minutes. i think there should be a way where the AFKer should be punished by loosing a little more LP, and the others should have a loss forgiven. (saying there was a summoner DCed for more than 10 minutes or something like that.)

come on riot. its not my problem, but its my time, LP, and sanity.
