qwerty - kindred

Since we are giving every new champ 6 or 7 abilities let's just extend the default key lay out to qwerty so we can say kindred's R or Ekko's T. Heck let's just give every new champ dashes , massive escape and , wtf why not , an ability to make their team invincible.

While we're at it let's rename the game Dota 3 "rise of the OP champions making the vanilla champs obsolete" I know the subtitle is a little long but we can work on shortening it.
