Talon Versus Katarina

Pretty hard matchup, basically you win the lvls 1 and 2, after that she could easily beat you. If you throw W too early, she can jump over it and you'll never win the trade. If you land that full W try jumping on her with Q, if she goes in try doing an AA + Q + AA combo, it's fast and very powerful earlygame. Don't be afraid to trade with Talon's melee Q like that, it does lots of damage and can scare her off too. Of course if you're low, don't stay and die, just base. She'll have no problem killing you when you're low and she has flash, in a lane you have barely any escape options. Hope this gives you an idea.

Wait until she jumps to her daggers and then jump on her. Its actually kind of a hard matchup for talon and wouldn't recommend picking it into her, because her ult can also reveal you and where you are going and she will have the reset to jump on you

But if you get ahead there is nothing she can do ... but works for versa

Get hexdrinker

Land your combo. Rush Hexdrinker. You win.

On level 1 try to hit her with both Rake hits, walk up, aa and walk away. This will proc thunderlords and deal a nice amount of damage. Later on, she's pretty deadly so whenever you manage to get both stacks of your passive with Rake leap in with your Q to trigger the passive and run afterwards. After these trades she should be low enough for you to unleash your ability rotation with your ult and kill her. Also mr items and really important, you gotta rush hexdrinker and upgrade it to maw after you get youmuu's.

Start Q and get free Q crits on her when she last hits at level 1. If she ever jumps to a dagger, punish with W-Q passive combo. its fairly skillbased matchup that is moreso in he favor imo.
