Riot, when are you going to STOP enabling Griefers?

So the april fool's thing was inspired

At least for one round, haha very funny Riot

Anyways, now people are using the fact that they're against 'bots'(even though everyone by now knows full well they're real people) as an excuse to intentionally feed, fuck around with trollish builds, throw games for 'fun' and be general assholes.

None of this is new, we're all familiar with how this goes on all the time

I just thought I'd use it as a segue to ask

Riot, when are you going to stop enabling griefers?

I see people blatantly grief, troll, and go out of their way to ruin people's games because they know there will be NO CONSEQUENCES. Why should they worry? Riot doesn't care, Riot won't punish them for their bad behavior, Riot only punishes you if you spout hate speech or are constantly rude in chat. But intentionally feeding? Refusing to help allies? Deliberately trying to harm your team?

Riot doesn't care

Riot, do you know how many people I've talked to, who have told me they WOULD play League of Legends, except they know the community is awful. DotA 2 and Heroes of the Storm punish griefing, SMITE punishes griefing.

Why is it only you that allow people to get away with these things? Why do I only see a confirmation that someone has been punished from a report if they were being rude, not because they deliberately ruined the game?

I don't think I'm alone when I say that a lot of people are tired of the fact that reporting someone for griefing doesn't do anything, and the griefer will continue on their merry way, safe in the knowledge that you Riot, will continue to enable their trolling.

i see 2-3 griefers on my team every match, the quality of players became worse during the april fools joke it's as if they don't feel like trying hard vs bots the whole game and feed on purpose.

i never thought i would end up with 5 supports in a row that either doesn't know how to support or plays like it's their first league game.. it's irritating me and i'm about to uninstall this game again, i can't play one even match since season 5 ended..

I like the downvotes, the fact I'm triggering people means I'm right

It really depends on context. If you tell me to kill myself because I missed a cs, I'm more likely to miss more. Edit: Just played with a guy who told me to slit my throat because he thought going 3/3 in the jungle was awful compared to his amazing 1/5 score he had at the time. Context.

You are right, but you will get downvoted anyway...

cos you don't see a notification for manually reviewed games. Which trolling bans, because it is hard for an AI to detect, are normally manually reviewed.
