MMR is hurting ranked

You need to change how MMR affects your LP. I just had 2 games in a row that both games I was not the cause of the loss but because my MMR is so low I take a greater penalty for losing than winning. It's at the point where 2 losses is greater than 3+ wins. How can I improve if you are going to penalize me so much? I have the solution to your problem. All you have to do is make LP based on your grade at the end of the match. If you did really well it shouldn't hurt you when a player afks or feeds.
