[CLIENT] Nvidia G-sync

I reported this issue awhile ago that i was having with my laptop. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/8IZIk77p-screen-flicker-windows-10-and-gtx-970m I looked into the issue on my own and i believe that it is related to G-sync. My problem though was not that it was flickering as that's what I thought was happening but now I believe it is related to redrawing the screen. After i turned G-sync off no more black screen issues.
