Janna Changes on PBE

Overall, I think these changes are a move in the right direction, but I am confused on a couple of things.

If the goal of these changes is to make janna play more aggressively, wouldn't it make more sense to keep the range on her W (which is already pretty small) rather than reduce it by 100?

Going from 10 seconds on her shield CD to 18 also seems pretty intense. Wouldn't something like 15 make more sense? If they needed to change her power budget to allot this, it might be worth doing away with the tailwind on ally passive, as that just adds a lot of invisible power to her kit (particularly with coin).

Overall, really good changes, and I'm excited they went this direction rather than the previous one, just think some of the changes on PBE might be overkill.

Nah these changes a huge nerf to her overall. The damage she gains from her passive isn't noticeable until later in the game when her ADC is doing all the damage. She loses out on so many base stats for a gimmicky passive.
