New bug found?

I was playing a ranked game, and i lost connection randomly but my internet was fine. it still wouldn't re connect after waiting so i restarted my client. when i logged back in it had to remembrance of the game i was in and i was unable to reconnect. this was 0 issues with my internet i could still web browse at the time. so do you think it is fair if i were to get wait timers and loss of LP because of a bug in the game? if so do you think i should be refunded for LP in some kind of way?
