Top Champions / Champions In Progress Idea

I just want to start off by mentioning that I am a fan of the Top Champions section of the profile page. I think it is perfectly acceptable to show everyone's top 3 champions upon a first glance of a profile. However, my issue lies when you click over to the Champions in Progress page. I value getting my champions to mastery level 7. However, when you already have 3 champions that are level 7 and get an additional champion to level 7, there is no place for said champion to be displayed. Currently I have Vladimir, Amumu, and Xerath as my only level 7's, however I have enough shards with Skarner to get him to 7 as well. Despite that, I feel compelled to keep Skarner at 6 because I want him to be visible to the other players that happen to view my profile and also for my own desire. If I were to level him up to 7, he would disappear from the Champions in Progress page (since he is no longer in progress) and nobody other than the people that regularly play with me would have any clue that I am a proficient Skarner player. I suppose the only other alternative to that would be me actually selecting Skarner to play in a game, to which my team mates would see the mastery symbol in the loading screen and enemies may see if I decide to mastery spam (of which I am not keen of) or if they happen to notice the borders of the killing spree/objective kill notification in game. I am not always playing Skarner so I do not see that as the most viable option.

One way to circumvent this issue would be changing the In Progress tab to something along the lines of "Next Highest Champions". That way my (would be) level 7 Skarner would be visible on my profile page instead of the abyss he would get sent to currently. The other champions listed there could still be In Progress but it would accommodate those who value getting their champs to level 7 and want their hard work to be seen by others. Personally, I think people would prefer having the opportunity to show as many level 7 champs as possible, even if that means both pages (Top Champions and the "Next Highest") are completely filled with level 7 champs. Maybe even consider keeping the In Progress champions page but after where the "Next Highest" tab would be.

Again this is just my opinion, but in the current state I feel that I would rather keep Skarner at level 6 so he does not disappear from the champion list on my profile page. I even asked my gf (who also plays league) if I am crazy for thinking this and being overly OCD, however she came to the same sentiment as myself and also suggested that I do not level up Skarner to 7.

Curious to see what any Rioter would have to say on this. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I love league and am simply looking for ways to get even more engaged.
