Symbol Indicating being Fed Vertically Flipped

This happened to me while playing aram with corki. I have never seen this happen before and am not sure why it occurred. The symbol ( I'm not sure what it is called to be honest ) was flipped vertically.

Just a side note. I did die soon after that picture was taken, however after I spawned I was able to get a few kills again and the symbol was still flipped like that. I did not take an additional picture.
