Please Remove pre-made order sets

I usually play league with 4 of my other friends in flex queues. And every time I end up being first pick. It's annoying too because I'm usually top or mid and obviously nobody wants to get counter picked. Riot why can't you just make it random every champ select? Either that or let us choose the order by whoever joins the queue first-last. Seriously it's annoying. Even when we have someone else join the queue to replace one of our guys, I still end up being first pick. I just don't understand what benefit this concept has. It's just super annoying for the people who end up getting first or second pick and they're stuck with it the rest of their lives.
