Lovelle II1 votesI honestly don't trust Riot with anything balance-wise anymore. I have pretty much lost all faith.
I would like for them to just leave the champions that I play alone and hopefully none of them see competitive play. They only balance reasonably if a champion is popular, otherwise they gut them with no compensation, then leave in a near-useless state for the rest of the season (sometimes multiple seasons).
You do not want them to touch an unpopular champ like Quinn, they will screw her up for sure, and then when the few people that play her complain they won't do anything to help.

ProfDrDeath1 votesNaaaa, just make her ult switch her to Valor (aka, melee form) again. No more taxibird, murderburd it is!
