Attack move not working

Normaly I used the attack move on click and it worked fine. Now I decided to switch to the normal attack move so I can see the range indicator. The attack move on click worked fine. When I press the A key now to do a attack move I see the range indicator but when I do right click it isn't a attack move rather a normal right click. I don't know if I use it worng or if I have some wrong settings. Attack move on curser is on.
