Future awesome champion

When will a new champion be coming out? I've been wanting a cool badass chick that is hard as hell to play but so fun. The only one I got along well with was Diana cause from my username, you can obviously tell I like the moon, and Diana went perfectly with that. I know they came out with recently but she seems like a young girl and not as kickass as or or . I want a challenge that doesn't work best in the jungle. I know Elise is one of the most difficult but she works best as jungle not in lanes.
