How to keep up cs while roaming
Whenever i play 
, i always fall behind in cs due to me roaming often, especially if my lane opponent can zone me when I'm in lane. How do I keep my farm to at least touching distance with my enemy laner?

Don't roam so much
Tax after ganks. Like nb3, except nb3 takes ALL cs after ganks.
Push your mid lane to hit their turr while you're roaming so they're losing more CS to turr than you're losing to minions. And minimize unsuccessful roams.
Don't roam until after you're pushed up, the other laner is backed/dead/roaming.
On another note, people are still taxing? Thought we've moved passed that.
Push the whole wave into turrets before you roam If you can't/ in a hurry, freeze the lane to middle by maintaining equal amount of melee & ranged minions of your side and enemy side You can even keep 1/2 more ranged minions of enemy side to establish a slow pushing wave towards your turret, when you come back you can have a big wave If you know the enemy mid-laner is going to stay in lane and push, roam in cannon wave, you will lose less cs but sacrifice turret health
