Soraka support heal or no heal as summoners spell

I main support and play many kinds of support, but i play soraka really well, even after the nerfs. I freqently get heal as a summoners spell and get a lot of flak for it, but it works out more often than not. These are the reasons and situations that it becomes a benefit over exh.

First your health sacrifice from Astral Infusion means you cant heal in tight situations, Considering a single mid game Astral Infusion from soraka is usually better than the summoners spell heal it makes sense to me that the person needing the health to heal others should have it. So you should be able to heal yourself to help other lanes than just bot.

Since heal gives that speed boost you can use it with wish and Astral Infusion to turn a team fight around more than what you could without it, and give everyone a speed boost at the same time. I get Talisman of Ascension which means I can double speed boost and it works amazingly well.

Since you shouldnt have 2 heals on bot I say Soraka gets dibbs, and the adc can get ignite, exhaust, tp, or sheild, and those all seem viable. Soraka already has 2 forms of cc. Many adcs like ez can benefit from the exh cc debuff more.
