Jinx and runaans hurricane

I have looked at this and played this build on the champ many times, and have had some in game feedback but would like to layout the functionality and hear your thoughts

So jinx's rocket effect is splash damage at 110% her ad on basic attack, and with runnans hurricane it adds extra projectiles that can proc this splash damage. The actual projectile does partial damage, but the aoe splash is not changed, it does 110% ad damage. This means you can effectively hit the whole team with one hit, and potentially one person with 330% your ad on one basic attack if in all splash ranges.

Or you can get item 3046 instead, gaining even MORE damage and almost as much attack speed for not much more money.

I usually get infinity edge for first crit item. Also because it adds range to her basic attack and her rocket gives her range she can kite like no one else, over 1100 rang with everything including splash range and hurricane 300. I usually get runaans hurricane for anyone with on hits that work like varus, twitch, jinx ect.

You rush infinity edge. Then you get Bork/BT and Shiv/PD. You do not get runaans.

The only time anyone should get runaans on jinx is as a last item when you're stomping and just want an ultimate disrespect item. Runaans can be pretty effective against bad teams that clump together for you, but it's usually not worth the slot space.

Runaan's has a lot of these synergies with champs. I wish they would buff it so it WOULD be viable, but right now, it isn't. I have tested with varus a little to see if getting blight on everyone and getting those procs works. It doesn't, not as well as just building crit. It annoys me that it's the only real way to build adcs, but that's definitely the case, methinks. You would have to show very convincing game data to show otherwise.

There are currently only three champs that can build runaans and it will not be considered a troll move, Teemo, Kayle, and Kalista and only Kalista can justify getting it as a first or second item.

I still wouldn't get runaans on kali until ie+shiv were finished, and by that point I probably need to start worrying about how I'm gonna shred tanks. >_>
