Anyone notice more disconnects and lag spikes?

Has anyone else noticed more latency issues?

In the last two weeks I've noticed that my 20mbps internet connection spikes from 60ms up to 500 randomly. I'll disconnect once every other game. This morning I played a game where I dc'd 3 times in the first 10 minutes. I restarted the client and the dc's stopped but there was still minor lag spikes. I've had no problems with dc's or lag prior to the last two weeks.

Notice that his ping remains at a respectable 30-60 then without warning he dc's. He posted his video on 3/3/17.
