let us leave when we have a leaver(i dont want to sit in a 30 min match with a leaver and lose)

Problem: im stuck in a 44min game when i have a leaver or if i know it was a lose at 15 min

solution 1: copy overwatch if someone leaves for 2 min you can take the l and leave and then jump into a new game (leaver loses twice the amount of lp and get a 20 min wait timer for the next que)

solution 2: make your game faster idk how just do it

solution 3: make surrender vote success 2 or 3 most of the time 2 people know its gonna be a lose and they say yes

me just talking alot:okay so i hate being in a game i know im gonna lose but its being dragged out for no reason but i hate when i have a leaver at 4 min into the game then one person says no at the 15 min ff then the enemy team is very bad so they just kill instead of get objectives so we get rolled like 20 team fights then the game ends around the 44 min mark. when i could have been in another match where my team is losing 5v5 and it gets draged out 2 the 44min mark when i knew it was a lose at 15 min because your game is a snow ball game and the team with more cc/more fed champs win thats how it works.
