riot is banning the wrong players

let me start by saying: i dont know if this is the right board and i just got unbanned from a 14 day suspension for being "toxic" in 3 games and calling someone the F word.

so i just had a match with a team mate he banned my champ in champ select i over looked it and thought its fine maybe he didnt notice and just banned yi. i was debating to check out hes op.gg but i thought to my self no its fine maybe he just had a bad yi last match so i just left it and picked udyr. then when the match started he said lets invade he ran into the enemy jg so i went to help and he ran all the way into the bot tower and died to the enemy team giving them first blood. he then went to my jg tried to steal my blue i knew he was gonna try to so i smited it and thought that is it he should go to lane now and give up no he tried to steal gromp i decided not to do gromp and go to my red he followed me and stole it. long story short he fed i went 3/2 he went 1/11 the game was 17 min yep 17 min so i checked hes op.gg hes got a 11% win rate he has fed all hes games except for 1 yassou game so i bet he was reported all those game so i ask why do i get a 14 day ban for being "toxic" and saying a few words that hurts someones feelings. but this person has ruined at least 20 games like this. in the last week.....

and then i cant be toxic to this person but then again i feel good when i think how messed up this dudes life must be to literally log on to a game and then throw a game for no reason. i feel joy to think that will probably get him banned and then he will feel even worse [sg-jinx]
