Honestly, I want Akali to be nerfed badly not because I want her to be bad....

I want to play her. I'm so tired of the whole 85% ban rate, the picks before I can get a chance, it's honestly annoying. I want to play this champion so badly, and even though I COULD just get into Blind Picks, I want to play this in Draft and such. I don't necessarily care about how they do it. Just make her weak so I can play her, and so others can properly fight her.

My idea? Nerf her shroud so she cannot dive without consequence. Lower her damage from Q, so most of her damage comes from passive, as it should.
