Getting my account unbanned.

Okay so I got my account permabanned because the 'anti-cheat' system said I was cheating for using a program that makes it to where I can change my skin during gamepaly. No one else can see the skin changes, this is by no means cheating. It says in the terms of use for players to not use programs that tamper with the servers or one that can give you a compatent advantage over another palyer. Which in this case, this program did neither of these. So im still trying to figure out why I got permabanned on my account I have 5 years on and hundreds of dollars invested in. This program did not give me any advantage in any way nor benefit my playing skills. I mean im bronze 2 for crying out loud. Another thing is this isnt stealing content from riot either technically all the program did was swap the bmp files with the tecture a little bit. So can someone from riot please investigate this a little farther, mabey watch some replays? I have alot of games recored on my account. This is not right man. I love this game I would never cheat I have countless hours into this game. For 1 I want to earn my spot in this game, for 2 I wouldnt want something like this to happen. Im being truthful here, here is the website for the program http://mklol.updatestar.com/. So please can someone from riot investigate my account further? The person that is handleing my ticket is dead set on the anti-cheat system and thinks it is accurate which I do not think it is by any means. Thank you. beastc

This IS bs. Unban this guy riot. I don't understand how they don't ban all these chinese bot accounts, etc. but as soon as someone does something small or innocent, they perma ban them. It's almost like they only ban people who have a bunch of skins

um getting skins for free is STEALING from riot... it doesn't matter if other players can see them. people PAY for skins

why would riot unban you when you admit you are STEALING from them by getting access to skins without paying for them

do u think i CARE what skins my opponents or teammates are using. maybe like 5%.. but i care 100% about what skin i use... and that's why i buy it..

This thread came up a while back, and I said then what I'm saying now: You ought to take this over to Player Behavior where it's likelier to get more attention.

Personally speaking: if you want to create a stance by which Riot will see you favourably, you might instead beseech to know if this program does intrude, ask them how it might, and ask them if your punishment might be lightened so as to afford a chance of turning away from that behavior. Address your history and ask if it is any means for justifying a lighter punishment.
