Varus..

I hope they change , he's the first adc I got a penta with, but I feel like he doesn't fit in the bot lane,a passive that 99% of the times won't do anything, like makes his W the passive and gives him an attack speed boost for W and increases whenever varus attacks applies 3 stacks to champions, and instead of detonating it he would deal the % hp damage on every auto and only his abilities can detonate it...that way he keeps his long range poke style and also makes him a good adc for bot...
