Will there ever be any changes to Yasuo?

any changes that'll make him a decent viable pick. few buffs or some rework on some small/big level.

currently this champ is like at the bottom of whole fighter class roster. I cant think of a champion classified primarily a fighter that does not dump on Yasuo. Juggernauts shouldn't even have to acknowledge his presence in game. its like a free lane for them. Assassins can burst the wind outta him before he can land a Q. Tanks can either just outdamage him in prolonged fights or safely run back to turrets/allies etc.(not against a superfed later game Yasuo though). Immobile skillshot based mages? They've range long enough to farm safely and poke him down slowly, yea mana isn't a problem for good ones. And enough CC to counter his gapclosers. the only thing Yasuo can beat is probably some noobsauce Twisted fate or a crappy ADC who decides to solo invade enemy jungle. His kit sure looks ultra overloaded on paper, but really practically it feels a lot inferior to even the simplest of kits when it comes to viability. He is supposed to be a melee carry? wtf? as a melee fighter, going after them ranged carries you've to worry about keeping glued to the running/kiting carries. But this "melee carry" will come to you, only to get exploded. His "mobility" can mostly be only used aggressively, but his paper thin survivability cant effectively support that. He just plain sucks if enemy is semi-good, he cant do much other than try and keep his farm up avoiding long range harass/burst/ganks and rely heavily on his team to peel them enemies off in late game big team fights to be "useful". A Yi can do that better. But still I see a new Yasuo gg OP nerf thread like every other day here. I know how hated Yasuo is here in them boards, for reasons legit or just noobs, but the hate is there. i raged big time in my noob days when I was jungling in PvP when I was under level 10 smite locked and a yasuo would just 2 hit me everytime. wtf is this BS champ, I looked him up and watched his champion spotlight, and fell in love.
Is this hate strong enough to ever let anything good happen for Yasuo? I'm guessing something like a 20 base HP buff would cause riot's servers to explode from all the rage here but the problems with Yasuo being in a weak state are legit :D. will riot ever see this injustice and do something?? If not straight up buffs, then just shift things around in his existing kits to make him more viable? Like giving his E charges like teemo's shrooms/gangplank's barrels but with added ability to be able to cast on friendly units/wards etc.?
