I will get to play full movement speed supports again until it's nerfed. 
Just spam 
and have a constant 500 movement speed 20 minutes in. I love movement speed. Now you'll see more people building Talisman and just never dying. They also buffed a bunch of other support items and Lulu.

too. I actually think hyper carries will be the strongest role next patch since they now have a tank in the jungle & an enchanting support to peel for them.

Erockandroll1 votesI think the funny thing with Support MS is, I had tended to combined the MS boosts from Censor, and Lich bane, on my sona build. And then I end up getting a bunch of kills cause I was the only one fast enough to chase the stragglers.
