New Support Item Concept with allied death "looting" and escape aspect
As a support main, I've played many games where my ADC is just not living up to his role: bad csing, not understanding his own champion/ enemy champions strengths/weaknesses, gun blazing into bad teamfights you clearly know we will all lose, and 1v2ed when I pinged that I'm going back to buy and still tries to push solo to the enemy turret with no wards and dies needlessly for meager cs and maybe 2 AAs on the enemy turret. This not only strangles his gold income, but severely hits mine as a support also. By 10 mins your ADC is 0-4 and is flaming you for "not doing your job" but in meaner terms (end personal rant).
Here is a possible solution: This item has 2 unique passives. The first unique passive using a similar concept to Luden's, you gain stacks on this new item over time and for shields, movement speed buffs, heals, and other allied champion buffs used on allied champions (self buffs not included). When an allied champion dies near you the current item stack is cashed in for gold and of course when at full stacks there are bonuses like bonus gold for you.
The second unique passive, when an allied champion dies in a decent radius of you, the item activates and gives a small temporary shield and movement speed boost only to you for escape. During the duration of the movement speed boost if another allied champion dies this boost is reset and then will hit cool-down for a set amount of time. While on cool-down allied champion deaths in the same radius reduces timer duration.
To preserve the mechanic of helping losing lanes, if an allied champion gets a kill in your radius or you get an assist (sorry soraka) you will lose some or all of your stacks depending on how balance looks at it.
Base stats include flat health, mana regen, and a set amount of armor.
This item is designed for a failing early/mid bottom lane.
