It definitely affects Fiddle. Vampirism gives FIddles +2% lifesteal and spellvamp.

It's just been removed from items because it was underutilized and incredibly champion-dependent (moreso than pretty much any stat in the game), it still exists everywhere else it used to.

IF you want to you can do different route to achieve similar effect. Ferocity Tree 0, Cunning Tree 18, Resolve Tree 12. Cunning Tree: Windspeaker's Blessing keystone: 10% improvement on the Drain (the 10% aspect of WB works on self heals and includes Fiddles Drain, the armor/mr sentence of WB doesn't apply to self heals and isn't applicable). With the 12 points in Resolve Tree you can get 5/5 points in Runic Armor which gives 8% buff to self-heals. I'm not sure if these two are multiplied or added when used together.

2 more items that can be placed into this are Ardent Censer which gives 15% bonus to healing (fid's drain is self healing) and already has ap/mage type stats. like movement speed, cdr, ap. You just can't use the one 'unique:buff to allies for attackspeed and on hit dmg') It is relatively gold efficient without that though.

And Spirit Visage Increases effectiveness of all sources of health restoration by 25%

If you use them all then you may end up with a fun drain tank; if you get cc'd then you won't be able to effectively use any of it :) but if your against something that can't cc you like Trynd or a non ult shyvanna then maybe it won't matter. Dunno how they combine all the percents though. additively or multiplicatively. Would be interesting to know.

Edited some spelling.
