Last Rites Should Be Able to Create Walkers With Maiden Nearby

I mean why do i have to wait for her to kill the minion/jungle creeps when i can just kill them faster and get a Walker. Instead Last Rites, just creates a grave that just sits there which taunts me whenever i see it.
