I'm playing less and less because I'm unable to play the champion I enjoy and the role I want like 
but i cant because he is either picked or banned in draft

I think Riot promised it to come back in an advanced form, but it would be healthier in my opinion to bring back the original beforehand.
I really really REALLY miss being able to play WHAT I want WHEN I want. Makes learning a new champ in unranked for ranked a much slower process because you aren't guaranteed to be able to play him. I literally don't even attempt to learn new champs anymore.
Definitely feel the same. Now like maybe 2/10 matches per day I'm getting to actually play what I want. This is ridiculous.
I love the new queue for ranked but I really hate not being able to pick exactly what I want without trouble....It seems I either get my second lane choice (which is okay but I really want to play what I want when i'm playing for fun), someone picks my champion/bans my champion or people rage at me for playing off meta picks (groups used to be able to just kick you if they didn't want an off meta pick).
