So I just played Udyr in PvP, first time playing him, and he felt squishy for a jung, not when clearing camps but it felt like other champs killed him so fast I didnt have time to even think about using his stances, yi killed him in like two seconds even early on how do you even play him right and why I am at it how do you counter yi and his alpha strike, it seems rather broken he gets to do damage and be invincible the whole time its seems pretty bs

You shouldn't be losing against him then. Press the attack + E to stun him, then Q + W to fight him. If he mediates, either stun him again to cancel channel or run away if you're losing, then turn back with a stun if he gap close wit Q. Yi is extremely squishy early game and he lacks the attack speed to be a threat. If he alpha strike to initiate a fight on you, W to absorb the strike.
