[Suggestion] Dragon buffs rework

We know the dragon buffs are reworked on the PBE and the current changes are "Grants your attacks on turrets an additional firey burn for (10 x level) over 2 seconds" for 2 stacks and "You take 30% less damage from turrets" for 4 stacks.

However, I think only buffs to stats useful in teamfight have real values since in most cases you need to win a teamfight anyway or at least take 1 kill or 2 before considering pushing or diving.

That's why I suggest these changes to the dragon buffs:

Stack N°:

  1. +6% AD & AP
  2. +4% Damage Reduction
  3. +5% Movement Speed
  4. +3% CDR (with cap increased)+ 8% Base Attack Speed
  5. Double all other bonus

These buffs would benefit every roles. However, these changes would incredibly increase the value of the 5th stack making it even more worth than the baron buff. That's why I suggest to make it a lot more difficult to contest by doubling the value of Ancient Grudge only for the 5th stack. Friendly reminder:

Dragon has a UNIQUE Passive called "Ancient Grudge", which grants it 20% bonus damage to and 7% damage reduction against enemies with Dragon Slayer, per stack.

Dragon and Baron having some of their power in things that aren't relevant in team fights is something we've done very deliberately to keep the amount those buffs snowball in line while still allowing them to be useful tools to end the game. Having extra pushing/sieging power allows you to try and crack the enemy base. The team that's behind on buffs isn't as behind on team fight power as they would be though if all of that power was in raw combat stats. Taking a team fight's often a viable option for them as a result (unless they're extremely behind regardless in which case the game's effectively over).

The fourth dragon buff is also deliberately weaker than the previous three, given there's a lot of extra value inherent in then being one dragon kill away from 5 stacks, which puts a lot of pressure on the enemy team to either control dragon or end before you can get the next stack.

+3% CDR is pathetic though....

Ok you want to prevent the snowball to be too important. That's a choice I can understand.

Thanks for the clarification Meddler!
