Riot, i really hope that shit is a prank of yours, since i will quit if u let vayne heal herself for 20% OF THE ENEMIES' MAX.HP whenever she kills them with her ult( WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK). I really hate vayne as a tank main and i understand that she needs a little bit of boost currently (compare to the other adcs) and i'm ok with the changes to her w on pbe, but that thing onto her ult is super broken and in any way shape or form should make into the live servers. She's a balanced champion now, plz don't destroy the champion and then u say the usual: let's rework her and then u piss all people off!

There have been multiple statements saying it was just put out there to gather information, several from Riot (and even Meddler himself). The PBE are testing grounds, and not everything put out there is meant to actually be live. Sometimes a patch is put out on the PBE to gather information and see how a champion responds to new attributes from a balance and gameplay role perspective.
