Her old "E" was a blink, meaning it was like flash and wouldn't get stopped by a Poppy "W", or you wouldn't get "E"'d by a Leblanc when you blinked in her face, etc. I was checking her out right now and I noticed it now says "dash" in the blink of an eye. Does this mean her "E" is now considered a dash instead of blink? It also moves like a dash now. I just want to be clear. Thank you
It's still considered a blink as far as I can tell. But someone should probably test it to be safe.
This wouldn't be the first time Riot messed up on clarity.

I've played a custom as kat to test the rework out, I actually think the shunpo is smoother than before (and that's saying something).
Ok. I just finished another game. Yea it seems like its still a teleport like you said, but they added the dashiness to it. It's another way to dumb it down for counterplay i guess.
