More time to pick champ skins!!

Why do you only get the last ten seconds to sort through and pick your skin? I'm in draft pick, waiting forever for others to pick their champs, and I have to stare at my champion pool, when all I want to do just choose one of my many sona skins. Most of the time I am lagging (only in champ select for whatever reason...) and can't even pick the right skin. wtf rito. Easy fix really.

On that note, I also recommend giving us back the feature of champ info (synergy/counter tips). And what is the purpose of the "unlock" button in champ collection / champ select for skin, when you can't actually click on it and buy champs or their skins??
