Taliyah's pasive

I wonder what made them decide on Taliyah's passive. It seems to be lacking something. I get that it should help her roam maybe for ult ganks? But honestly I think it really needs something more LOL. Other than her passive i'm really enjoying that champ and have like a 50% win rate with her so far. Hoping to get better with my "W" placements, specially against people who close the gap on you without dashing through your "E" like Yi.
