Kaisa Nerfs Targeting Wrong Part of Kit

On 6/1/2018, Kaisa received some nerfs:

> PLASMA AP RATIO 0.2/0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4 (for stacks 1-5) ⇒ 0.1/0.125/0.15/0.175/0.2 (for stacks 1-5)

> W - VOID SEEKER RATIO 0.45 ability power ⇒ 0.6 ability power

I absolutely agree she needs nerfs, but these changes don't make sense to me. What these changes do is reward players for just hitting a w, where as before they were rewarded more for using the w to get 5 stacks. Now, Kaisa can just throw here w out for easier poke damage in lane, where as before you had to use it more sparingly to make use of your passive stacks in lane.

I think a better way to nerf Kaisa would be to change her q to do more damage based on the number of stacks a target has so that you can't just press q for huge burst damage anymore, and actually have to think about it. Right now, Kaisa has huge damage with an easy q w or q auto trade that has next to no risk, and very little counterplay from the enemy. Kaisa's damage needs to be more about timing than just pressing a button like Syndra .

If you had ever played ap kai´sa, you would know that you have no real way of applying your passive stacks besides your teammate´s cc. This nerf specifically targets hybrid kai´sa, without impacting ap kai´sa too much, which currently has a low playrate.
